The data remains sobering – currently, only 5% of Fortune 500 CEO’s are women; and regardless of the index you’re measuring, women in leadership are severely under-represented.

In 2009, in the midst of the global financial crisis, and shortly after having given birth to my second daughter, I had to go back to work, baby in tow, to ensure the survival of my company. Together with my ‘village’, I made it happen, and learned some lessons around what was possible, doable and must-happenable for women to thrive in the workplace, regardless of their personal and family choices.

In this keynote, I share insights on mindset, management tools, and practical strategies for leading and managing women, so that we all achieve our greatest potential, without compromise or excuse.
