In 2009, in the midst of the global financial crisis, and shortly after having given birth to my second daughter, I had to go back to work, baby in tow, to ensure the survival of my company. Together with my ‘village’, I made it happen, and learned some lessons around what was possible, doable and must-happenable for women to thrive in the workplace, regardless of their personal and family choices.
